Congratulations to Aaron Dudas, software developer at the Austin Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2017 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Dudas, who has worked for CRC for 10 years, received two STAR Awards cards in May for his actions when the Milsoft IVR failed during a peak event on Sunday, April 30. Dudas came into the office immediately and engaged the Milsoft Tech Support Team but together were unable to fix the problem. Dudas then moved all calls to CRC's Abilene Center IVR to be answered. His quick response time and solution helped CRC answer many more calls during a very busy time. He then continued to work with Milsoft until the problem was solved. In his efforts, Dudas demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, service excellence, and teamwork.
“Thanks to Aaron’s quick thinking, we were able to utilize our Abilene Center IVR to handle more calls during a peak event which is critical,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “We truly appreciate Aaron spending much of his day off to work on the issue with Milsoft until it was resolved. CRC appreciates his dedication to ensure our membership receives the best service possible.”
As Employee of the Month, Dudas received a four hours of paid time off (PTO), a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
