CRC is pleased to announce that Angelica Murillo, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, was named CRC’s October 2015 Employee of the Month. Murillo, who has been with CRC nearly five years, was nominated for a process improvement idea that will improve service on billing calls. In her efforts, Murillo demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
“We love out-of-the box thinking and really appreciate Angelica’s suggestion,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at CRC’s Abilene facility. “This is a great idea that will reduce CSR billing errors and improve service to our membership. Many thanks to Angelica for the great suggestion!”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Murillo will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2016.
