CRC is pleased to announce that Brittany Bartholomew, contact center floor lead at the Austin Center, was recently selected as its 2016 Employee of the Year.
On Friday, January 27, it was revealed that Bartholomew received the annual honor based on her performance in 2016, during which she demonstrated dedication and excellence in her work. Throughout the year, Bartholomew consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and her fellow coworkers.
Bartholomew, who has worked for CRC for two years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in September 2016 for her leadership when one of the contact center supervisors was out of the office on extended leave. In addition to jumping in to help during this time of need, Bartholomew was known to consistently portray a positive attitude and went above and beyond in her role. In 2016, she also volunteered to work an impressive 268 additional hours of work, which is a great service to CRC, its employees and its membership.
“In collaboration with her supervisor, Brittany has helped create a great team on the third shift in Austin,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “Brittany is a cheerleader for her team as well as CRC as a whole, and that is reflected in the excellent service she provides, both internally for her coworkers and externally for our membership. We’re very proud of Brittany and are happy to have her as part of our team.”
As CRC’s 2016 Employee of the Year, Bartholomew will receive a gift valued at $250, a regularly scheduled day off with pay, and a trip to CRC’s annual membership meeting in San Antonio, Texas, this June.
