Congratulations to Drew Billingsley, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s May 2020 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Billingsley, who has worked for CRC for nearly 5 years, received five STAR award cards in May recognizing him for consistently going above and beyond, most notably for a daily email he creates highlighting CRC’s call stats and agent performance. In the daily emails, he offers fun and light-hearted reminders and advice to encourage employees to do their best. He was also recognized for helping the IT Department with troubleshooting remote agent technical issues as well as helping others with special projects and questions. In his efforts, Billingsley demonstrated CRC’s values of employee focused, teamwork, member driven, service excellence, communication, continuous improvement, and innovation.
“Drew is an all-around star and go-to person for many of his peers at CRC,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Drew’s innovative ideas, ability to motivate others, and his operational expertise are to be commended and serve as an excellent example for all of us. We appreciate his initiative to motivate others and promote service excellence.”
As Employee of the Month, Billingsley will receive four hours of PTO, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
