Billingsley Named October Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Drew Billingsley, customer service lead at the Dunlap Center, who was recently named CRC’s October 2021 Employee of the Month.

Billingsley, who has been with CRC for six years, received seven STAR Award cards in October, most of them recognizing him for the development of a Zoom mentoring handbook. Billingsley took on the task of figuring out how to use Zoom for mentoring new hires remotely, tested it, created a handbook, and trained others involved in the mentoring process how to use it. Doing so saved the efforts of IT staff members having to do something similar on a platform that wouldn’t work as well as Zoom. In his efforts, Billingsley demonstrated CRC’s values of employee-focused, fiscal responsibility, teamwork, innovation, communication, and continuous improvement.

“Getting our new hires up to speed in our new normal wouldn’t be possible without the teamwork and support of our great employees,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “It was a major benefit to the company when Drew took the initiative to create such an effective tool to be used in our onboarding process. His work on using Zoom for mentoring new hires was outstanding!”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Billingsley received four hours of PTO. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2022.
