CRC is pleased to announce that Drew Billingsley, customer service lead at CRC's Dunlap, Tenn., office, was recently selected as its 2020 Employee of the Year.
On Wednesday, February 3, it was revealed that Billingsley received the honor based on his performance in 2020 during which he demonstrated dedication and excellence in his work. Throughout the year, Billingsley consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and his fellow coworkers.
Billingsley, who has worked for CRC for over five years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in May 2020 for consistently going above and beyond, using fun and creativity to encourage and educate his peers across all three sites.
“Drew consistently thinks outside the box,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “He is always coming up with new ideas to keep people engaged and to create the best experience for all CSRs. Drew’s passion for his work is an inspiration and motivation to those that work with him.”
As CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, Billingsley will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in San Antonio this June.
