Congratulations to Chelsea Farr, floor lead at CRC's Austin, Minnesota, facility, who was selected as CRC’s September 2017 Employee of the Month. Farr, who has worked for CRC two years, was selected for the Employee of the Month honor for the STAR Award card she received in September for her work adding up-trainers on CRC’s E-Learning site. The E-Learning site is interactive and offers questions to ensure the material has been read and understood. In her efforts, Farr demonstrated CRC’s values of service excellence, employee-focused, and member driven.
“We appreciate the initiative Chelsea took with this project, coming up with the idea and taking on the work to add this information to the E-Learning site,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “By using the E-Learning site to track who has completed the training, we’ll be better able to manage who has not received the training and make sure they complete it as soon as possible. It also adds the additional level of quizzing of each respondent to assist with overall comprehension. This is a terrific idea that will not only benefit employees, but our membership as well.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Farr will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO) or a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. Farr is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2018.
