CRC is pleased to announce that Tim Cooley, contact center supervisor at CRC's Dunlap, Tennessee, office, was selected as CRC's December 2023 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient.

Cooley recently went above and beyond to help a dispatcher dealing with a caller in a potentially life-threatening situation. He quickly determined the caller's 911 location, ensuring they got the necessary medical attention they needed. Even though the call turned out to be a false alarm, Cooley's assistance was incredibly valuable and greatly appreciated. He also received numerous nominations thanking him for his willingness to lend a hand and offer guidance to those in need. Cooley truly embodies CRC's values of employee-focused, communication, teamwork, and member-driven.

"Tim is a great problem solver which is very much appreciated by those employees that work with him," said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. "His quick thinking during a very stressful call was impressive and led to a quick resolution. We appreciate his compassion and support to others that boosts confidence and promotes teamwork."

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Cooley will receive four hours of PTO.
