CRC is pleased to announce that both Amanda Vaughn, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, and Annika Dahl, HRD generalist at the Austin Center, were recently selected as its 2022 Employees of the Year.
On Thursday, January 19, it was revealed that Vaughn and Dahl received the honor based on their performance in 2022 during which they both demonstrated dedication and excellence in their work. Throughout the year, Vaughn and Dahl consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and their fellow coworkers.
Vaughn, who has worked for CRC for eight years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in March and August 2022 for consistently going above and beyond with her support of CRC employees, helping them with equipment and service issues, and overall being a shining example to those that work with her, things Vaugn is known for day-to-day at CRC.
Dahl, who has worked for CRC for nearly three years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in October 2022 for her assistance with benefit questions during the open enrollment process. Throughout the year, Dahl demonstrated helpfulness, thoughtfulness, and thoroughness with her role at CRC.
“Amanda and Annika’s work ethics are stellar examples of excellence in the workplace,” said Brad Fjelsta, CRC’s president and CEO. “Amanda and Annika exemplify CRC’s vision and mission statements and organization values on a daily basis and we’re honored to recognize them for their great work in 2022.”
As CRC’s 2022 Employees of the Year, Vaughn and Dahl will both receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Seattle this June.
