CRC Welcomes Three Notch EMC to its Membership

Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce Three Notch Electric Membership Corporation of Donalsonville, Georgia, has joined its membership. Three Notch EMC is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving over 14,000 meters in southwestern Georgia.

With regard to outage calls, CRC immediately sends all outage reports to Three Notch EMC’s dispatchers who then coordinate the restoration of the outage.

Since joining CRC, Three Notch EMC and CRC have collaborated to ensure the cooperative’s members receive the best service possible. “Our partnership with CRC has allowed Three Notch EMC to improve our efficiency in handling numerous calls during outages,” said Carlton Thomas, president and CEO of Three Notch EMC. “This enables our dispatchers to focus more on issues that may arise when restoring power.”
