Congratulations to Alicia Curiel, shift lead at CRC's Abilene, Texas, facility, who was selected as CRC’s April 2018 Employee of the Month! Curiel, who has worked for CRC for nearly four years, received six STAR Award cards in April recognizing her for an innovative co-op scavenger hunt she created for CSRs on third shift to complete during their downtime. In addition, she was nominated for her help and support in her role as shift lead. In her efforts, Curiel demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, employee-focused, communication, innovation, continuous improvement, and member driven.
“Alicia’s initiative and creative thinking really made an impression on her coworkers, challenging them to improve their member knowledge and work on their skills in a fun and innovative way,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Alicia is doing a great job in her new role as shift lead and this is just one example of her employee-focused mentality. Many thanks to Alicia for her great work!”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Curiel will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2019.
