Congratulations to Annika Dahl, HRD generalist at our Austin, Minnesota, office, who was recently named CRC’s October 2022 Employee of the Month.

Dahl, who has been with CRC for nearly three years, received a number of STAR Award cards in October for playing a major role in helping with the 2023 open enrollment process. Several employees recognized Dahl to thank her for her assistance with their benefit questions. In her efforts, Dahl demonstrated CRC’s values of communication, employee focused, and teamwork.

“Annika is a rock star,” said Shawna Johnson, CRC’s director of human resource development. “Being in human resources so much of our work is done behind the scenes and often in a confidential nature. To see her acknowledged is a true testament to the customer service she provides.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Dahl will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued at $50. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2022 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2023.
