Congratulations to Hope De Los Santos, contact center supervisor at CRC's Abilene, Texas, facility, who was selected as CRC’s May 2018 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. De Los Santos, who has worked for CRC for nearly seven years, received five STAR Awards cards in May recognizing her for her constant support of her coworkers, implementing a three-minute stretching exercise program with staff, and for her assistance with cleaning up after there was a leak in the server room. In her efforts, Hope demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee-focused, communication, innovation, and continuous improvement.

“Hope consistently strives to support her team and work with them to bring out their best,” said Michelle Rodriguez, Abilene Center contact center manager. “She has worked very hard to ensure the needs of her employees are being met and it’s great to see her recognized for that.”

As Employee of the Month, De Los Santos will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50, a framed certificate, and recognition on CRC’s Intranet site, Facebook page, and employee newsletter.
