Austin, Minn. – CRC is pleased to announce that Deb Hanson, customer service representative (CSR) 4 at CRC’s Austin, Minn., facility was selected recently as CRC’s June 2014 Employee of the Month. Hanson was nominated for Employee of the Month for a commendation she received from a CRC member and for her efforts to clarify dispatch procedures for a new CRC member.
“Deb consistently demonstrates her dedication to her dispatching role with her focus on quality and attention to detail,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager. “We appreciate Deb’s efforts in continually providing service excellence to our membership and her coworkers.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Hanson will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item or four hours of paid time off (PTO). Hanson is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2015.
