Congratulations to Adam Miller, CSR 4 at CRC's Austin, Minn., office, who was selected as CRC’s December 2018 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient. Miller, who has worked for CRC for five years, received a STAR Award card in December recognizing him for his crew management on a very busy night in dispatch. One of our contact center members was unable to have their own dispatcher come in to the office to manage a major outage that was affecting several of their service areas. Miller took the lead and managed all the crews and new outages for that member – a difficult task considering how busy dispatch was that evening. In his efforts, Miller demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication, and teamwork.

“We appreciate Adam’s willingness to jump in and handle crew and outage management for a large utility that needed extra help during a very stressful time,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “Adam is an excellent dispatcher and we’re pleased to recognize him in this manner.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Miller received four hours of paid time off (PTO).
