Drew Andes, quality coordinator/office assistant at the Dunlap Center, had two great reasons to celebrate in January: he was named CRC’s December 2015 Employee of the Month and its 2015 Employee of the Year!
On Wednesday, January 20, Andes was named CRC’s December 2015 Employee of the Month based on two STAR Award cards he received that month recognizing him for his hard work organizing a number of company functions such as customer service week and the holiday party. He was also recognized for his help with dispatch when staffing was short. In his efforts, Andes demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, employee-focused, communication and teamwork.
A week later, it was announced that Andes would also receive the 2015 Employee of the Year recognition for consistently going above and beyond in his work, regularly mirroring CRC’s values and mission statement to its membership and his fellow coworkers. In addition to his excelling at his daily duties, Andes is also very involved in the community and worked year-round to help raise funds to purchase food, gifts and clothing for the Dunlap Center’s Adopt-A-Family efforts.
“Drew embodies CRC’s mission every day with his positivity, attention to detail and his unwavering dedication to the company,” said his manger Michelle LaVelle, director, service excellence. “We’re very proud to have Drew as an employee and congratulate him on this important recognition.”
As CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year, Andes will receive a gift valued at $250, a regularly scheduled day off with pay, and a trip to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Seattle, Washington, this June.
