Congratulations to Sean Flaherty, software developer at CRC's Austin, Minnesota, office, who was recently named CRC’s January 2023 Employee of the Month!
Flaherty's support was crucial during the call volume event CRC experienced during the Christmas weekend. Flaherty stepped in to help maintain CRCLink throughout the storm and made sure our reports had the correct information. Thanks to his help, our systems ran as smoothly as possible during the massive outage event. After the event, he also worked closely with other departments to make enhancements to the Storm Mode service to better prepare for future high call volume events. In his efforts, Flaherty demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, member driven, service excellence, continuous improvement, and communication.
“Sean’s work in the background during the Christmas storm kept CRCLink running well with the tremendous amount of call volume we were experiencing,” said Jeff Hanson, vice president, information technology. “In the past, similar high call volume events would have stressed our systems or caused breakdowns. Sean’s work helped keep things running as smoothly as possible for our agents and prevented any major shut down. Thank you to Sean whose efforts meant a lot to our IT team and CRC as a whole.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Flaherty will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued at $50.
