Congratulations to Judy Fluor, CSR 1 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2019 Employee of the Month! Fluor, who has worked for CRC for nearly eight years, received a STAR Award card in April recognizing her for her quick thinking and communication during the day of the cutover of a new associate member with a large amount of meters.
The utility’s billing instructions didn’t address a payment verification issue. Fluor resolved the payment issue and communicated with all of the other CSRs working at the time what she had learned, lessening further downtime to address the issue. In her efforts, Fluor demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, communication, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
“The billing cutover of one of our newest and largest associate members in our contact center was the culmination of a lot of hard work and preparation from many CRC employees,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “However, that day was a true test of the process and inevitably a few kinks had to be worked out. Judy’s discovery and problem solving of the issue and then communicating the remedy to her peers was a big help, making the day less stressful. Many thanks to Judy for her dedication to service excellence.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Fluor will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2020.
