Congratulations to Teresa Folkerth, office assistant at the Dunlap Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2020 Employee of the Month! Folkerth, who has worked for CRC for four years, received a STAR Award card in April recognizing her for going above and beyond by creating a disaster relief kit for both offices in Tennessee. Folkerth filled two five-gallon buckets with necessary emergency items, including an emergency binder she put together herself. In her efforts Folkerth demonstrated CRC’s values of employee focused, teamwork, and innovation.

“Theresa is always thinking of her coworkers and coming up with innovative, fun ideas to make coming to work a little more special,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “In addition to what she does on a daily basis, she is also a rock star when it comes to assisting with our Adopt-A-Family efforts and event planning. Teresa always goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of and has a positive experience. Many thanks, Teresa, for all you do!”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Folkerth will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2021.
