CRC is pleased to announce that Sam Griffith, contact center supervisor at its Dunlap, Tennessee, office, was named its February 2020 Employee of the Month. Griffith, who has worked for CRC for nearly 11 years, was nominated in February recognizing her for putting together a CSR focus group to look at utilities with high error rates. The group came up with a number of suggestions which will likely make a big impact. In her efforts, Griffith demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement.
“Sam and her group offered some great suggestions for improving service for one of our biggest contact center members,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Her initiative, organizational skills, and feedback made a big impact. Thanks, Sam, for all you do.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Griffith will receive four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
