Congratulations to David Hinkle, help desk specialist at the Abilene Center, who was selected as CRC’s June 2020 Employee of the Month!
Hinkle, who has worked at CRC for over six years, was selected as the employee of the month for two nominations he received for the troubleshooting work he did on a billing issue with one of our contact center members. After Hinkle’s diligent research, the vendor of the source causing the issue was able to recreate the error and work on a fix for it. In the meantime, David came up with a solution to work around the problem until the vendor determines a permanent fix. In his efforts, Hinkle demonstrated CRC’s values of employee focused, teamwork, member driven, communication, and continuous improvement.
“Ensuring a smooth billing transaction process is imperative to our business,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “When something isn’t working right like in this case, it prevents us from providing the level of service excellence we’re known for. Thanks to David’s research on this stubborn issue, the problem can be resolved ensuring our callers have positive experiences with us. Much appreciation to David for his persistence in locating this problem.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Hinkle will receive four hours of PTO or a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
