Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce the addition of two new vice presidents to its team: Chris Holt as Vice President of Operations/Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Paul Thompson as Vice President of Administration/Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As COO, Holt will lead and senior manage CRC’s Contact Centers and Central Station (24x7 operations), Marketing, Sales, and Service Excellence Departments, Business Development, and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining CRC, Holt served as a consultant in the publishing, e-commerce and outsourcing industries and prior to that held senior management positions at CDS Global in Des Moines, Iowa, a leader in the fulfillment industry. He comes to CRC with over 20 years of service bureau experience.
As CFO, Thompson will lead and senior manage CRC’s Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, and Facilities Departments and will apply his administrative business knowledge and experience in developing strong organizational culture in a growth environment. Thompson came to CRC from Ehrhardt Keefe Steiner & Hottman in Denver, Colo., where he spent 10 years in positions ranging from Auditor to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO).
