Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to welcome Shawna Johnson as its new human resource development (HRD) department director. Johnson, who has worked in the human resources industry for over 20 years, will be based at CRC’s Dunlap, Tennessee, office.
With experience in primarily the manufacturing and healthcare industries, Johnson is looking forward to working at CRC and growing the company beyond its current size, including the development of a fourth site.
“CRC is a fantastic company on paper,” Johnson said. “What really solidified for me that this was where I wanted to call home was visiting the site for my interview. Everyone was so welcoming and open to continuous improvement and creating a best-in-class employee culture.”
Johnson said she is excited to work with others within CRC to create overall success for the company. “I’m looking forward to fostering relationships with all the areas of the business to encourage collaboration towards accomplishing the goals of the organization,” she added.
“As CRC continues to grow and evolve, I know that Shawna will be a great leader in getting our staffing where it needs to be,” said Chris Holt, president and CEO of CRC. “With an added focus on workplace culture, continuous improvement, and training and development, Shawna will be instrumental in the continued growth of CRC.”
