CRC is pleased to announce Saprina Johnson, CSR 4 at the Abilene Center, was selected as its July 2020 Employee of the Month. Saprina, who has worked for CRC for over one year, was recognized for an error she caught on a 911 call reporting a structure fire. Thanks to Saprina’s quick thinking, time was saved for both CRC dispatchers and the utility’s line crew, preventing the crew from reporting to the wrong location. Every second counts with a structure fire and we appreciate Saprina’s attention to detail which prevented a delay in the recovery process. In her efforts, Saprina demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, member driven, communication, and continuous improvement.
“Saprina is always stepping up to answer the call of duty and is an overall rock star when it come to her job,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Saprina is a great role model for her peers and a natural leader in her role. Thanks, Saprina, for all you do.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Saprina received four hours of PTO. Saprina is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2020 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2021.
