Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Cosy Kriehn, operations analyst at CRC’s Austin, Minn., facility, was selected recently as CRC’s January 2014 Employee of the Month. Kriehn was nominated for her contributions in a work group tasked with streamlining a major process at CRC. Kriehn’s help enabled the group to present the project sooner than expected, enabling the company to initiate process efficiencies immediately. In her efforts, Kriehn demonstrated CRC’s organizational values of teamwork, employee focused, communication and continuous improvement.
“Cosy consistently demonstrates great teamwork and often thinks outside the box to ensure smooth-running operations,” said Brad Fjelsta, senior vice president of operations. “Her contributions to CRC and its employees are much appreciated.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Kriehn received a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50.
