CRC is pleased to announce that Laura Beavers, service excellence coordinator at CRC’s Dunlap, Tenn., facility was selected recently as CRC’s May 2014 Employee of the Month. Beavers was nominated for the special designation for her investigative efforts on researching a dispatched call situation, the results of which will be used to train on the importance of communication between dispatchers.
“Laura trusted her instincts and performed a thorough investigation to ensure the correct outcome was reached,” said Michelle LaVelle, CRC’s service excellence director. “The steps Laura took have resulted in a great training opportunity on the importance of communication between dispatchers. We appreciate Laura’s efforts and her continued commitment to service excellence.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Beavers will receive four hours of PTO. Beavers is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2015.
