Congratulations to Ricky Ledbetter, help desk specialist at the Dunlap Center, who was recently named CRC’s January 2022 Employee of the Month. Ledbetter, who has worked for CRC for three months, received three STAR Award cards in January recognizing him for his professionalism, attention to detail, and acts of kindness and concern for his fellow coworkers. In his efforts, Ledbetter demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee-focused, communication, and service excellence.

“Ricky has really hit the ground running in his new role,” said Jeff Hanson, director, information technology. “He has already left a very positive impression on his fellow coworkers. His added concern and assistance for those facing a possible security issue is to be commended and is much appreciated.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Ledbetter will receive four hours of PTO.
