Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Shannon Lewis, contact center floor lead at CRC’s Dunlap, Tenn., facility, was selected recently as CRC’s April 2014 Employee of the Month. Lewis was nominated for her excellent customer service skills as well as for her role in a life-threatening situation that was resolved positively thanks to her assistance. In her efforts, Lewis demonstrated CRC’s organizational values of service excellence, teamwork, member driven, and communication.
“Shannon’s example of quick thinking and grace under pressure alleviated a potentially harmful situation for one of our member’s line crew personnel,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at CRC’s Dunlap office. “Safety is of the utmost importance at CRC and I’m pleased Shannon is being recognized for her efforts of keeping the line crew out of harm’s way.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Lewis will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). Lewis is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2015.
