Way to go to Jessica Maher, contact center floor lead at our Austin, Minnesota, office, who was selected as CRC’s December 2022 Employee of the Month/STAR Award recipient.
Maher, who has worked for CRC for over 18 years, received a STAR Award card in December recognizing her for developing and giving a presentation on important facts related to OMS/AMI integrations for her fellow dispatchers. This is important information for all of our dispatchers to know and Maher not only presented it in a clear and informative manner, but continues to follow up with her peers to make sure the information is understood. In her efforts, Maher demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, member driven, employee focused, service excellence, continuous improvement, and communication.
“As we continue to strengthen our dispatching processes, we appreciate Jessica’s work with her fellow dispatchers to educate them about the software integrations that affect what we do,” said Kerry Wylie, contact center manager at the Austin Center. “Jessica’s initiative to not only give the presentation, but continue to revisit the important points of the presentation with her peers is instrumental in improving our performance as a team.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Maher will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50.
