Congratulations to Mark Johnson, contact center supervisor at CRC's Austin, Minnesota, office, who was selected as June’s 2023 Employee of the Month!

Johnson, who has worked at CRC for over nine years, was selected as the employee of the month for voluntarily coming in to the office on his day off to help during a peak event. With only two contact center supervisors scheduled to work that evening, Johnson's contributions went a long way to help alleviate stress during a busy time. Johnson has often jumped in to help with peak events on his downtime to make sure our CSRs and dispatchers have support when call volume is high. In his efforts, Johnson demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, employee focused, member driven, and service excellence.

Kerry Wylie, contact center manager at the Austin Center, praised Mark for consistently stepping up during high call volume situations. “Having more assistance in ‘all-hands-on-deck situations’ is always beneficial,” she said. “ Mark’s willingness to help, coupled with his knowledge and experience, has had a significant impact on supporting the staff and members of CRC.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Johnson received four hours of PTO. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2024.
