McAnally Named March 2014 CRC Employee of the Month

Austin, Minn. – Cooperative Response Center, Inc. (CRC) is pleased to announce that Casey McAnally, contact center floor lead at CRC’s Dunlap, Tenn., facility, was selected recently as CRC’s March 2014 Employee of the Month. McAnally was nominated for a suggestion he made to streamline a process for floor leads and dispatchers, demonstrating CRC’s organizational values of service excellence and continuous improvement.

“Casey made a suggestion that will enable our floor leads and dispatchers to relay important outage information to consumers faster,” said Eric Beavers, contact center manager at the Dunlap facility. “We appreciate any ideas that improve processes for our staff and strengthens our commitment to excellence. Many thanks to Casey for his great idea.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, McAnally will receive four hours of paid time off (PTO). McAnally is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2014 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2015.
