CRC is pleased to announce Nick Johnson, contact center supervisor at CRC's Austin, Minn., facility, was selected as its July 2018 Employee of the Month. Johnson, who has worked for CRC for over 10 years, was nominated for his management of CRC's survey projects. Johnson was recognized for his organization of the large, ongoing project in addition to his communicating with the survey company on a daily basis to ensure CRC is meeting their expectations. In his efforts, Johnson demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, communication, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
“Thank you to Nick for continually managing the survey projects throughout the year,” said Kerry Wylie, contact center manager at the Austin Center. “This is no easy task. Nick keeps all of the sites organized on what projects need to be worked on each day – even on his days off. Nick’s dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Johnson will receive four hours of PTO. Johnson is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
