Congratulations to Keri Rasmussen, CSR 4 at the Austin Center, who was selected as CRC’s April 2017 Employee of the Month! Rasmussen, who has worked for CRC for nine years, received four STAR Award cards in April for her coordination of dispatcher training sessions to help her coworkers be more comfortable with working with the MultiSpeak 4.1.6 interface. Rasmussen recognized a need, gave the training and, in some cases, worked one-on-one with people to make sure all Minnesota dispatchers were comfortable with the interface. In her efforts, Rasmussen demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, service excellence, continuous improvement, communication, and teamwork.
“We very much appreciate Keri taking the initiative when she recognized a training need with her fellow dispatchers,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at the Austin Center. “Continuous improvement is one of our corporate values. Keri epitomized that value, making sure all Minnesota dispatchers were comfortable with the new MultiSpeak system.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Rasmussen received four hours of paid time off (PTO). She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2018.
