Congratulations to Mindy Rodriguez, CSR 4 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2020 Employee of the Month.
Rodriguez, who has worked for CRC for nearly six years, received a STAR Award card in March recognizing her for her problem-solving efforts for a contact center member that is in the process of changing out its consumers’ meters. Thanks to Rodriguez investigating, she was able to find a solution to an issue the change-out was causing and communicated it to her peers, saving time and frustration for everyone involved. In her efforts, Rodriguez demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, teamwork, and communication.
“As we enter our busy season, keeping instructions in the information pages simple and easy to follow, especially during a member transition, is imperative,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Mindy went the extra mile to find a solution to a difficult problem and, as a result, made a significant change that will help us serve our callers better. Many thanks to Mindy for finding a resolution!”
