Sam Griffith, contact center supervisor at CRC's Dunlap, Tenn., location, was recently named CRC’s November 2021 Employee of the Month. Griffith, who has worked at CRC for nearly 13 years, received two STAR Award cards in November recognizing her for her work pertaining to training new hires. Not only did she volunteer to explain quality expectations to a recent new hire group, she also took the initiative to send encouraging emails to mentors with helpful tips and instructions. In her efforts, Griffith demonstrated CRC’s values of employee focused, teamwork, innovation, communication, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
“Getting our newest contact center employees up-to-speed as soon as possible is always a priority,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Sam took the initiative to ensure new employees get off to a good start. She really cares about her fellow coworkers and truly wants them to succeed in every way. We appreciate her dedication and drive to make CRC as good as it can be.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Griffith will receive four hours of PTO. Griffith is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2022.
