Three cheers for Carmen Sanders, CSR 1 at the Dunlap Center, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2024 Employee of the Month.

Sanders, who has worked for CRC for nearly 13 years, was recognized for her constant support of her peers, always making herself available to provide helpful tips for the technology we use at CRC – CRCLink, payment sites, and Microsoft Teams. Sanders has always been actively involved with helping during new hire training, but her involvement has extended throughout the years to support her coworkers in any way. She is consistently recognized by her peers for her assistance and CRC very much appreciates the support she provides her fellow coworkers on a daily basis. In her efforts, Sanders reflected CRC’s values of employee focused, service excellence, communication, and teamwork.

“Every day, Carmen impacts her peers in a positive way with her coaching and guidance,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Carmen’s dedicated assistance to her coworkers is inspiring and a quality we’d love to see everyone emulate.”

As Employee of the Month, Sanders will receive 4 hours of PTO and recognition on CRC’s intranet site, social media pages, and employee newsletter.
