CRC is pleased to announce that Sean Flaherty, senior software developer, was recently selected as its 2023 Employee of the Year.

During his 16 years at CRC, Flaherty has stood out as a leader within our IT Department. He is the technical lead for software development projects and continues to improve our development processes. Flaherty's peers know he is the go-to guy for any of their technical questions.

“Over the past year, Sean has been the leader in rolling out the notification platform, was instrumental with the updates related to storm mode, and kept us on track with our biggest project, CRCLink Web,” said Aaron Dudas, software development and support manager. “Sean has worked very hard over the past year and has spent countless hours working on many important projects with the team. It’s only fitting he be recognized with this special honor.”

As CRC’s 2023 Employee of the Year, Flaherty will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in San Antonio in March.
