Congratulations to Trey Shelton, CSR 4 at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was selected as CRC’s August 2021 Employee of the Month.
Shelton, who has worked at CRC for over four years, received six STAR Award cards in August for coming in early and/or staying after his shift to help with dispatch when CRC was short staffed, often going above and beyond with his work. In his efforts, Shelton demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, communication, teamwork and continuous improvement.
“Trey consistently steps up when we’re short staffed in dispatch,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “In several cases, Trey volunteered to work and helped out when the call load was overwhelming for those dispatchers scheduled to work, helping to ease the load. All of us appreciate Trey’s commitment to supporting his fellow employees as well as taking care of our membership.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Shelton will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2021 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2022.
