Congratulations to Taylor Price, CSR 1 at CRC's Dunlap, Tenn., office, who was selected as CRC’s June 2024 Employee of the Month!
Price, who has worked at CRC for 1½ years, was selected as the employee of the month for her initiative in setting up a list of tips that she thought would be helpful for her fellow CSRs in improving their call statistics. Her resourcefulness to help her peers while also attempting to improve service for CRC's membership is much appreciated. In her efforts, Price reflected CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, teamwork, continuous improvement, and communication.
“Taylor’s list of customer service tips is a valuable resource for our team,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “By sharing her knowledge and experience, she’s helping us all work towards our common goal of providing excellent service. It’s encouraging to see our team members proactively seek out ways to improve and learn from each other, ultimately leading to a more cohesive and successful team.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Price received four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2024 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2025.
