Tim Neau Named CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year

CRC is pleased to announce that Tim Neau, software engineer 1 at the Austin Center, was recently selected as its 2017 Employee of the Year.

On Thursday, January 25, it was revealed that Tim received the annual honor based on his performance in 2017 during which he demonstrated dedication and excellence in his work. Throughout the year, Tim consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and his fellow coworkers.

Tim, who has worked for CRC for nearly four years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in August 2017 for his work with a member that had issues with their AMI. He jumped on a spur-of-the-moment call with the member’s OMS vendor and offered a solution that the member agreed to try. Tim’s knowledge and communication helped the member feel at ease and will allow for better service from CRC.

“Tim is a great asset not only to the IT Department, but also to all of his CRC coworkers and our membership,” said Rod Anderson, CRC’s director, information technology. “Tim is always looking for ways to improve things and make them more efficient. Whenever anything new is developed, Tim always goes the extra mile and makes sure everyone understands how it works. We appreciate his open-mindedness, his attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.”

As CRC’s 2017 Employee of the Year, Tim will receive a gift valued at $250, a regularly scheduled day off with pay, and a trip to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana, this June.

Many thanks to Tim and to the rest of the 2017 Employees of the Month for your hard work and dedication!
