Congratulations to Amanda Vaughn, floor lead at CRC's Abilene, Texas, office, who was recently selected as CRC’s March 2019 Employee of the Month. Vaughn, who has worked for CRC for four years, received eight STAR Award cards in March recognizing her for her leadership skills as floor lead, commending her for her communication skills, patience, teamwork abilities, and helpfulness during times of high call volume. In her efforts, Vaughn demonstrated CRC’s values of employee-focused, member driven, service excellence, communication, and teamwork.

“Amanda has excelled as a leader with her peers,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “She works very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of and have their questions answered. We appreciate her dedication and hard work to make sure our employees and our members are taken care of.”
