CRC is pleased to announce that Amanda Vaughn, contact center supervisor at the Abilene Center, was recently selected as its 2019 Employee of the Year.
On Thursday, January 28, 2020, it was revealed that Vaughn received the honor based on her performance in 2019 during which she demonstrated dedication and excellence in her work. Throughout the year, Vaughn consistently mirrored CRC’s values and mission statement to CRC’s membership and her fellow coworkers.
Vaughn, who has worked for CRC for five years, was recognized as Employee of the Month in March 2019 for her leadership, communication skills, patience, teamwork abilities, and helpfulness during times of high call volume – traits she has consistently exhibited throughout her time with CRC.
“Amanda is always such a positive force in our contact center,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “In her role as supervisor, Amanda consistently motivates those around her with her attitude and fellowship. During times of stress, Amanda can be counted on to remain calm while helping others to do their best, overall benefitting not only our employees, but our membership, too.”
As CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year, Vaughn will receive a gift valued at $250, eight hours of PTO, and an invitation to CRC’s annual membership meeting in Salt Lake City this June.
Many thanks to Vaughn and to the rest of the 2019 Employees of the Month for their hard work and dedication!
