CRC is pleased to announce that Victor Briley, bilingual shift lead at the Abilene Center, was named its November 2015 Employee of the Month. Briley, who has worked for CRC for four years, was nominated for helping with Tech Call Out calls and safety checks at all three sites on a very busy November day, freeing dispatchers to concentrate on outage management. Briley can be depended on to help the other sites when dispatch is busy and other floor leads are not scheduled. In his efforts, Briley demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, employee-focused, communication, continuous improvement and teamwork.
“Jumping in and lending a hand whenever we are busy is always appreciated from all of our employees who help out during stressful times,” said Michelle Rodriguez, contact center manager at the Abilene Center. “Victor consistently steps up when needed and can be depended on to help the other sites in times of need. I’m very happy to see him being recognized for his efforts.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Briley received a CRC-logoed clothing item. Briley is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2016.
