Congratulations to Travis Walsh, software engineer 1 at CRC's Austin, Minn., office, who was selected as CRC’s June 2018 Employee of the Month!
Walsh, who has worked for CRC for over two years, was selected as the employee of the month for a nomination recognizing him for his efforts in solving a CIS interface issue that our member thought had been caused by CRC when in reality it was an issue with another vendor. Walsh worked with the utility and the vendor to pinpoint the issue and explained what needed to happen to fix it. In his efforts, Walsh demonstrated CRC’s values of member driven, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, communication, innovation, and teamwork.
“Travis has consistently been a valuable liaison between CRC and our membership,” said Rod Anderson, director, information technology. “He is a great problem solver and works well with our membership and our vendors to ensure their systems are working efficiently.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Walsh will receive four hours of PTO. Walsh is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2018 Employee of the Year which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2019.
