Congratulations to Jess Winter, CSR 4 at CRC's Austin facility, was selected as CRC's April 2015 Employee of the Month! Winter was nominated three times in April for her encouragement of employees during periods of high call volume, going above and beyond the call in dispatch and having a positive and helpful attitude in answering questions quickly. In her efforts, Winter demonstrated CRC’s organizational values of service excellence, teamwork, member driven, and communication.

“When call volume is high, it can sometimes be difficult to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude,” said Kerry Wylie, senior contact center manager at CRC’s Austin facility. “Couple that with managing one’s own job while helping multiple employees is an ability to be admired. We appreciate Jess’s willingness to encourage and help her fellow coworkers in times of stress.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Winter will receive a CRC-logoed clothing item. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2015 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in January 2016.
