The newly redesigned CRCLink Web platform has been completed and is in the deployment stage. The initial rollout will begin with a small group of contact center users and will expand gradually to all users until 100% completion. Our focus for the deployment is on core reliability and smooth functionality from day one. Users can expect ongoing updates and communications as we reach key milestones.

CRCLink Web deployment is underway! Once the deployment is completed, CRC will be better able to advance its technology roadmap, enabling our team of developers, software engineers, and programmers to focus on new services and member solutions for the future.
Who's Affected?
All users of the current platform will be transitioned to the new CRCLink Web system. Training and support will be provided throughout the transition.
