This feature uses OMS predictions to tailor front-end greetings, providing caller-specific messages instead of a general utility-wide message.
For instance, if an outage affects part of a service territory, callers predicted to be impacted will hear a message specifically addressing their situation. All other callers will receive the utility’s standard incoming call message.

This technology helps expedite service by delivering essential information directly to callers, minimizing hold times and preventing call blocks.
