CRC is pleased to announce that Drew Billingsley, CSR 1 at its Dunlap, Tenn., office, was selected as CRC’s October 2019 Employee of the Month.
Billingsley, who has been with CRC for four years, was recognized in October for how he consistently goes above and beyond helping his coworkers and motivating them to do better. He even came up with a challenge for the CSRs that he would dye his hair pink if they met their goal – which they did so he followed through on his promise! In his efforts, Billingsley demonstrated CRC’s values of teamwork, service excellence, employee focused, innovation, continuous improvement, and communication.
“Drew is such a great asset to CRC,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “He is always helping others and thinking of innovative ideas to perform better. We appreciate his commitment to excellence and how he inspires others on a day-to-day basis. Thanks for everything you do, Drew.”
In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Billingsley will receive four hours of PTO or a CRC-logoed clothing item valued up to $50. He is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2020.
