The year got off to a great start when it was announced that Drew Billingsley, customer service lead at the Dunlap Center, was named CRC’s January 2025 Employee of the Month! Billingsley, who has worked for CRC for over nine years, was nominated for his continuous efforts to go above and beyond in his role for the company.
Billingsley plays a key role in testing our new services, always thinking ahead to anticipate challenges and proactively seeking solutions. His attention to detail and problem-solving mindset make him an invaluable member of our team. Beyond his technical expertise, Billingsley's positive attitude and willingness to help others make him a pleasure to work with. His contributions to the CRCLink Web project and our new broadband service have been instrumental for both projects. In his efforts, Billingsley demonstrated all of CRC’s values: always do the right thing, build a better future, win as one, be the best, and make a difference.
