CRC is pleased to announce Tonya Brooks, CSR 1 at its Dunlap, Tennessee, office, was selected as its July 2019 Employee of the Month. Brooks, who has worked for CRC for nearly 11 years, was nominated for some training materials she put together for new employees. On her own accord, Brooks made a mentor training sheet with scenarios involving certain utilities. She shared the information with other employees as well as CRC’s training department which will be a big help in new hire training. In her efforts, Brooks demonstrated CRC’s values of employee-focused and teamwork.

“We love it when our employees take initiative to make things better for others,” said Kellee McAnally, contact center manager at the Dunlap Center. “Tonya showed great teamwork by creating and distributing training materials that will be helpful for our new employees, ultimately benefiting our membership. Many thanks to Tonya for her great work.”

In recognition of being a CRC Employee of the Month, Brooks will receive four hours of PTO. She is also eligible for consideration for CRC’s 2019 Employee of the Year, which will be selected by CRC’s management team in late January 2020.
